Possible solution:

Unblock all the dll files under [ExternBot] and it's sub dirs.

For example:

unblock sample

right mouse click at the dll file > properties > unblock > apply > ok

Repeat in every dll.

tried unblocking them still blank,restarted pc still blank..i guess there is no solution for this :(

So I was never able to get silver fish but finally figured out the whole dll file thing and thought I would share. The Launcher is loading the application from a folder you downloaded. Within that folder is the "Extern Bot" folder. Go in their and look in each and every folder for any file that ends with .dll ; right click on all those files and unlblock them. Then I restarted the program and it worked.

I really dont know any more then that but thought I would share for other noobs like myself.

man, i have unlocked all the dlls, tryied to install another AI, but the list is still blank. please help me, i dont know what to do... the bot dont play some cards, and dont finish the turns.. please help!!! im using the latest versin of hearthranger v3.4.0.0, i also updates it with the launcher and nothing worked..

1º- Go HearthRanger folder
2º- Go ExternBot folder
3º- Go silverfish folder and find those 2 files:

HearthRanger\ExternBot\silverfish\Silver.dll
HearthRanger\ExternBot\silverfish\Silver.exe

4º- Right click on each, properties, unlock. Do same on both file
5º- Not working? Goto 1º and repeat all.
6º- Hours doing same and still not working? Learn to read.

Treketre, your post didnt help at all... as i said, all my dlls are unlocked. I did everything but the silver.dll is still not showing on the bots list. acctually there is no external AI showing on the list.. Also i dont need to learn to read, cuz if i didnt try everything that i found on this forum i woldn`t be posting asking for help.
I tryied to use the A.I. that comes with the hearthranger, but none showed in the lit, so i tryied to download silverfish from another source and replace on the externalbot folder, but didnt work as well.. dont know what else to do, i`m almost giving up.
i almost bought the unlimited license for the hearthranger, but thanks god i didnt, I would be furious if i did pay it and got this problem...

every time I reinstall this custom AI and config files, I make the same mistakes.
please check and verify you don't do my same erroros!

1) before running Earthranger, just rename the "silverfish" folder to something else. you'll be using a new "silverfish" folder and module/configuration.
2) I forget to leave all Silverfish files inside their "silverfish" folder, and unpack them directyl inside "externbot". this is wrong. inside "externbot" there must be the "silverfish" folder AND inside it there must be the downloaded files
3) my biggest problem is with configuration files. if you right click the config files in Github and save them, they become corrupted. text files become HTML files and do not work. download the "data.7z" instead, unpack it, and place the files inside the deck you like in the "silverfish" folder you just updated in step 2.
