Hello, I just bought the hearthranger bot license for some reason when I click the bot from the main play screen in hearthstone... I get a message saying waiting... waiting... waiting... So what I tried to do is manually click play then the class but once I get in game the bot is super slow to play cards doesn't attack doesn't rejoin games.
I have to be doing something wrong.

I think your internet connection is not good at the time you play, use VPN or ensure you have good connection with Blizzard's game server and hearthranger bot server.
