Will people who used hearth ranger be affected by the ban wave, cause I botted about 3 months and I bought a permanent subscription already and if there is I high chance I won't spend money on buying packs than, because I'm thinking about buying some packs on hearthsone

Good question, but it doesn't have a good answer. If you are botting, you have a chance of banning. If I were you, I wouldn't spend money in the account which you are botting.

i readed somewhere on HS forums and Ben Brode twitter about new banwaves and i hope if they catch other bots HR to be undetected cuz nobody wants to start over and over again :D

If I get caught I hope it's with my current account. ;)

When my main account is unlocked I will wait 2+ weeks before I start botting with my main account.
I think they keep an eye on known botters. ;)

To your question:
Why buying packs when you have a bot? Wouldn't do that anyway.
Just wait for your bot to farm some gold and buy packs with that gold.
