Usually when i am back, only the bot is running and hearthstone is closed.
Any can share some info if this has happened and is there any solution.

You can check hearthstone game's directory, if it crashed, there will be a corresponding log folder named 2014-xx-xx_xxxxxx.
Usually game closes itself when connection with official game's server has been lost.

The file named [output_log.txt] will be more helpful, the last section of 'OUTPUTING STACK TRACE' like bellowing:
========== OUTPUTING STACK TRACE ==================
(0x0xxxxxxx) ....

it is Unity crashing on itself, please check your computer's available memory, maybe it's running out of memory.

i read the forums, someone said it is due to connectivity due the find oppo.

Just to update this problem for fellow HR users, adding port forwarding does indeed solve the crash problem.

Hi, I experience the same issue. Mine is solved by checking my network condition. There was one period where my internet was cutted off.
I suspect you might be experiencing lag thus causing the disconnection leading to HS closing.
