The Bot does not lethal and loses every game for this reason.
you could fix this?

Yes I am having same problem!! It happens on every hero too. :(
EDIT: It's going for board control and messes up on simple tasks such as killing the enemy hero, it instead attacks the enemy minions if there are any and SAVES some / most damage spells or added attack for x (turn(s).

Any update on this?

It's still happening for me. Latest example I have is when I was playing against a Priest at 5 HP with Ogre Magi and Soulfire in hand with the DeckRules_Rush. The bot decided to play the Ogre Magi but then instead of going for lethal it played a Yeti and ended the turn, costing the game.

If the turn is timeout, bot has no time to calculate, then it may happen.

I'll keep improving the accuracy of lethal judgement.
