I have 3 mana, on the bord gthere is a 8/4 minion and the bot doesn't cast frost bolt on it, why?

The bot actually just ends the turn with 3 mana to spare and next turn opponent has lethal...

I have the same issue, i just recently noticed this i just assumed it has bad A I.
