I cant seem to get the bot to use Enhance-o Mechano correctly. I have tried using:
Enhance-o Mechano CAST IF some of my battlefield minions are not $exhausted and $number>=3
However in the scenario of 4 minions on my battlefield the bot seems to attack with minions first or not play it at all and it prefers to use hero power when 4 mana is available. Is this a bug or have i made a mistake with my code? Thanks for any help.

instead of 'CAST IF', can you try to use 'GAIN FOR CAST' and set gain to 20 or more ?

It still doesn't seem to work properly using gain 20. The bot still attacks with minions first before playing the card and plays it when there is less than the specified amount of cards on my board. It also doesn't want to play it when there is lots of minions on the board and instead will play other cards before it. Also when playing shaman it will hero power after playing it instead of hero power first for the buff.
