quick question because latest silver has been crashing a little for me. i have no roping issues without it so i was wondering if everything else still works without the exe thanks !

The latest silver.dll (ver.128) can not work with silver.exe.

I'm pretty sure you're using mine in which case this should be asked in my SF thread and you should give me the logs. If somethings is crashing during the sims then it will crash regardless whether you use the .exe or not. The mulligan is actually always done by the .dll and combos are used by w/e is doing the sim calculations.
