Hey there,
I bought a lifetime license last month and because the payment wasnt properly working an admin gave me a license for a month first... But now the month-license is almost over and i still dont have my lifetime-license :/ anything i can do about that?

I have manually upgraded your bot account to unlimited type, sorry for the delay, our system was under maintenance while your transaction failed to being processed.
Just use your bot account directly, there is no need to get a license code this time.
