With a 24 hour wait timer the time you can use the bot creeps forward every day, with a 23 hour timer there is some leeway allowing the bot to be launched around the same time everyday with no creep forward. Entropia Universe uses this technique for their daily missions to avoid time creep. People are still restricted to once a day, but they can be much more consistent about when they play.
