hey guys. I don't know why this problem comes out... and log tells "you are free user" but i'm not... How can I solve this problem? http://prntscr.com/9561yt sorry for korean version. (hearthstone tells " lost connection")

This is caused by the first reason of lost connection with bot server, unstable internet connection with our bot server can cause it.
Our bot server is located in USA.
I'll release a new patch soon, it will try to reconnect bot server more times if failed.
