Short answer: No
With the default settings you probably wont even reach rank 15 with a dragondeck
With custom mulligan / combo and setting for instance from the project legendary tread a dragonpriest deck will probbaly get you to rank 12-10 in the end of the season.
The best we get so far with the bot is rank 4 (possibly 3) with mid-range secretadin far off from legendary still.
