I use silverfish ai for everything besides arena. If you are using silverfish too you can follow this guide to get what you want. With the built-in ai, I have no idea. http://www.hearthranger....-OWN-MULLIGAN-FILE.aspx
here is copy paste of the code you need to get what i think you want: hold;all;all;GAME_005e:1;3 hold;all;all;;2
