Hi !
Could one of you explain to me how the Action gain "numbers" work when creating rules?
I understand that the highest number means that the bot will use this rule instead of another. But how do you attribute them ? How do I know when something is a -4 or a -8 ? +5 or +20 ? Or these precise and exact numbers? A guess?
I'm really lost on those. I've been looking through already existing xls rules but can't wrap my head around it.

A good way to understand it is to set some rules with 'numbers' to some cards, when game is playing, use deck rule DEBUG tool, set various numbers, and check the different calculating results from DEBUG window.
