Does the bot even play emp thaurissan?

After observing the bot for a few games, i realised that the bot doesnt play emp. Is it a bug or is it not programmed to play?
Its Botting Time!

Unless you make a deck rule to fix it, the bot doesn't use emperor thaurissan that well. It's literally better to play boulderfist ogre than emperor , cause the only time the bot uses it is when your on one of your last minions.
