how are you gonna take your money back, and dafuq, cant you be a little patient ? the bot is still working but a little buggy right now. dont forget that joyadmin is also just a human
what could a moderator do for you/us ? the only thing he could do is tell us to be patient and that joyadmin is working on it

I will be patient but after 2 weeks of not answering and rumors about litigation with Blizzard people could get nervous. If all is okay i would recommend Joy just to get somebody who can manage the forum when he can't .If nobody want to do the job i can do it.

Pretty sure the only reason we havent heard from JoyAdmin in a while is because hes working so hard to fix this so he can stop all you people from complaining. Also no you cant get your money back, its not a preorder you payed for a license to run the bot. I highly doubt you would get any money back. besides the lifetime license is only like $20.... its not like its alot of money. As for Mods on the site @memsis has a point, what could they possibly do to help you? until the bot is fixed there isnt anything anybody but JoyAdmin can do and you guys complaining isnt going to change anything. Iv personally just been playing myself, i dont rely on the bot its just nice to use it to do my dailys sometimes. Its a game people, go have fun with it

Guys don't get me wrong . I tried all bot's for HS and stopped here. I really appreciate the work. Its just about communication here ...but ok enough from me i will wait and watch the progress.
