I found and viewed all of those Q&A posts about that, and no one actually solved my problem.

I correctly path the game directory and run it with the administrator mode, but that message again :(

Is there anybody who can solve that problem clearly?

Can you try to temporary turn UAC off then run it again ?

but I've already turned off my UAC and it doesn't work...
