I select the dailies. I select the class to play the dailies. Click play, it plays a different class and ignores dailies. I have to set the job list to the class I want to do dailies each time it finishes a daily.

Can I make it so that it will do dailies and then run the job list?

when setup daily quest, you need to set deck to [As Daily Quest], then set your desired deck in [Auto Daily Quest] panel.
