Default setting with max bot settings. No custom card rulings needed.
I find stormwind to be more reliable than dr boom but than again I'm biased because of one of the games where I watched the bot not suiciding its boom bots for explosive damage when opponent was at 2 health.
Note that the bot will prioritize every other card over unstable portal so it will only play it when there are no other choices or it has spare mana.
Also note that if you have a slow comp like mine that you should set all graphic settings to lowest for hearthstone along with using no golden cards.
At lower ranks the bot will have a significantly higher winrate before plateauing around rank 11-9 staying stable at around rank 10.
I originally had more games played but I reset daily (which btw I recommend to see how many games the bot plays per day).
