Hi there, I'm just wondering what the stay on top button does and where I can find new deck rules since I have no idea how to make them.

You don't need to make your own deck rules if you don't know how, simply select default one.

If you check stay on the top, the bot window will show on top of other windows, even when you play the game in full screen.
