Excuse me, can you explain what do you mean with "ticket" word?. Do you mean I can open a ticket somewhere to contact the team?.
I still haven't received a response to my email, nor have I received the license code in my forum inbox...
Seven years ago I purchased a one-month license and received the corresponding forum inbox message without delay or problems.
I don't want to be misunderstood; I trust the team, but I'm easily worried, especially when I see that the forum is totally inactive after those seven years, and the team doesn't respond to email in the lapse of 48 hours since the purchase.
I'm just trying to call team attention to solve this issue / complete the purchase / send the license code as fast as possible. Because these are hours/days I paid for but I am losing them...
