Stuck on: Waiting core data transfere...

I downloaded 15.2.5.0 the other day and ever since my bot has been stuck on Waiting core data transfere...

bot sends this message every second until it crashes the game client and stops.
I have restarted and reconnected the client at least 20 times both trying to play and to just let it run while leaving it alone. There is no difference after about 5 min the game client crashes and the bot stops.

it this a known error?
if so is there a fix?
I have tried redownloading and reinstalling and it is still the same.
