No, Book of Heores can be done till Malfurion only and Book of Mercenaries till Kurtrus (or Guff, not sure rn). Plus bot is straggling hard with some encounters (e.g. against Admiral Proudmoore or Deathwing).
But it can do Lich King short story and whole Ashes of Outland.
