Old account not getting password email

My old hearthranger account doesnt get password recovery email, becouse i didnt use gmail back then. I still have the paypal receipt from buying it, my account name, and my old email acess. I could register with my old email, my account was deleted ? I cant see an option to change my email.. May i have some help, please? I want to use the bot again.

Just send email from your paypal linked email address to rush4xhost@gmail.com

I got the same issue and send an email with the paypal linked email adress. Are you still recovering accounts that way?
