You'll see another thread with Pirate Warrior deck. I've used it to get to Diamond 5 (Wild) last few seasons.

Don't know on odd quest hunter. My general rule of thumb is that the bot is reasonable at aggro - anything that requires combos / storing cards for a win condition etc. it's probably not going to happen unless you know how to and take the time to write the supporting .json files.
