Hi, have been using Hearthranger and so far it was working fine until yesterday, when i got the message: failed to connect bot server to retrieve card data. I have disabled firewall, whitelisted the app and also disabled the protection on windows 10 but it still recurs. version is 12.7.7.0.
Can i check if anyone else getting the same error?

thanks! This is happening to me now as well. Perhaps something on there side they have to update?

same here, bot not working anymore. Update feature also broken.

Is this just the free users having this difficulty? I had a license, but can't pay with PP anymore and I don't grind HS as much anymore so don't want to deal with BTC or buying something I uses just a bit a day.

Yes, I am a free user as I am still testing out the app - it's making some obvious mistakes at the moment, so until I confirm that I can correct these, I wont be getting the license.
