hi all

don't running bot 2 day :(

I have the same error, using the eset and put the directory to whitlist but it si not working again!
Login failed: ERR_FAIL
OS: windows 10
antivirus: eset 12
heatranger: 11.2.1.0
please help!!

Use VPN may solve it.
Or check your PC firewall settings.
