which deck is the best to have an high winrate in the lowest elo?

i need a deck that can win as much game as possible at rank 20. I tryed a config for the mech odd pala, but it is near 40-45% winrate at rank 25->20.

Suggest me something, everything is appreciated

Here's what I did:
1. Choose surrender to all classes, so you will continues to lose game. After half an hours later (or more), you will find your oppents are mostly bot players.
2. Then you can choose some comman decks like warlock zoo, odd paladin or spell hunter to play.
3. Don't forget to select "surrender if last game win", so that you can guarentee to meet bot players.

It's a bit stupid, but it can increase my win rate a lot...
oh and, when I set the bot playing during midnight, around 00:30, winrate is larger than during the day.
