BOOT.DLL file gets quarantined by Mcafee. This prevents the whole app from functioning properly. Any workarounds??

Just add it into the white list of Mcafee.

Chrome wouldn't let me download it, showing "virus detected" as an error :/

Had the same problem here, Allow on Windows Defender solved it. But still... why is this happening? It's really annoying.

All Hearthstone bots (SmartBot, HearthRanger etc.) work via injection, there is no other way. In this case there is nothing wrong with it, but you may have to exclude your HearthRanger directory from your virus scanner (Windows defender, McAfee, Avira...) Maybe HearthRanger works out-of-the box, but after an update of your virus scanner you could get an alert (again). So it seems to be better to exclude HearthRanger.

Injection can be a threat, but in this case it is not. It's the only way to use a bot like this. So, it's your decision...

When I bought the hack It had no viruses, so I didn't paid for viruses.

Can admin tell us what does boot.dll do? Did it exist an version prior to 10.6 version?

Because I can't even download the latest version using Chrome, it blocks the download and sees boot.dll file as virus.
