can we get additional queue settings? like reach rank x and a check box to use or not use concede rules?

example i would like to set up the following queue

Queue1
Ranked, Warlock, use concede rule: No
Stop when hit rank [10]

Queue2
Unranked, Warrior, use concede rule: Yes

this way i can hit a particular rank target and continue to farm rest of the 100 gold in unranked.
