Finish current game then stops the bot, that way you can let it finish the game then you can do something with the account.

It's already implemented,
just check [stop bot after current game] in [auto stop/reconnect] panel.

Could you implement it for other times the bot stops (as mentioned here http://www.hearthranger.com/forum/yaf_postst9229_Graceful-Stop.aspx)
