Bot having a mind of it's own..?? Help!

Hello, can someone please help me?
I have a problem with Hearthranger, everytime I setup the bot to play ranked with a certain deck and press save and start the bot does completly something different, like selecting unraked and playing a different deck, what should I do?
I thought it's a patching problem but since I had this problem several patches passed by and for me this problem still persists.

Can someone help me out and tell me what I should do? Please? I also posted this problem in Support on discord but no one answered there also.
I think I saw this problem posted here one more time If I'm not mistaken but no one offered a solution.
I literaly don't know if this is a problem of the bot or a problem at my end that needs to solve, in which case what is the solution??

same here..
bot always uses unranked mode and random deck...

I would also want to mention that I don't use any antivirus or firewall except the ones integrated in Windows 10, and I already added exceptions to Hearthranger in windows defender and windows firewall.
If is something else at my end that I need to do or any help what so ever from the support team or anyone else that had this problem and managed to find a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the latest version of the bot? I got that problem before when I hadn't updated.

got same Problem, using german language, after last patch maybe 10 days now i got the prob. he s not playing ranked only random unranked whatever u Chose. (also send an eimal 2 you) hope u can help us i tred also english language - not work ^^

Hopefully he can help us both, haven't received an answer yet, though it's been the New Year's holidays so it is understandable.

Problem solved for me, working as intended. In my case apparently I had to choose a workload between A, B or C and now it's working perfect.

I can not pronounce on behalf of the others here having the same problem that this issue will be solved with the same solution as I had, though you are free to try.

To know for sure, just send JoyAdmin an email with your .tsk file and tell him a little about how is acting and what you do or do not have selected and stuff to rush4xhost@gmail.com (as in his post above) and he will be able to give you the right solution.
