So I am really bad at arena personally..

Any way we can make the bot better at playing arena for us? Is this possible?

I'm just so bad at making decks and playing it..

sadly is so hard to make bot running into a so complex scenario, other guys tried it before, but is just so hard. So right now it just is a wasting of money using this bot into arena.

It has been that way for a long time now, the bot being a waste of gold for arena. There is a another Hearthstone bot, I won't mention by name, that does do arena better. Should someone want to try to get 12 wins or a little profit of gold, then that would be the bot to use.
