Hi i been using the 1 month earlier when botting and now i wanted to buy 1 year and my visa get rejected for some reason paypal says i need to add another card.. any tip/help? works to pay anywhere else but not here..

It's an issue you need to ask paypal to get an answer.

Usually if you can deposit some money in paypal, it has less restrict to pay across borders.

Hi there i try to make a payment via paypal today, but i get this message constantly:
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

It shows up either i try to pay using paypal account or pay via paypal guest channel.
any clue?
