When Hearthstone crashes, & Hearthranger ties to relaunch, it will start the Radeon Settings from the System Tray, instead of the BNet App. This has been an ongoing issue since i first started using Hearthstone about a year back.

OMG so that's why I keep finding my Radeon settings opening
