Anybody remember when Blizzard started last ban-waves?

I mean dates and how it was processed?

from 2014 till 2016 there are many other bots, some of them were banned.
Hope, it will not happen with HR.

About ban waves, I hardly but remember chronology, it was couple of times ... oops... before New Year holidays.
- Bot users boasted/bragged their success with booting on forums, and noted how it's safe
- Some famous HS streamers made public report about "BOT problem"
- Blizz started ban waves, and many bot users were banned, including them how noted "it's safe"

So, guys,
HR is very usefull project, and I really want to protect it. But how?

In early 2016 blizz announced a ban wave because the ladder was full of secret pally bots and it seemed to make secret pally less common but none of the 3 bots had any ban reports so it was a huge mystery of whether anyone really got banned or if it just spooked people into not playing secret pally.

Second one most likely as they can't ban all the bots, expecially if they are randomly hashed and renamed every run. Also HR is already "stealthed" enough and it doesn't make "strange" plays, so what they actually did is just slow more the meta by adding all these reno deck. Just wait for the adventures to rotate out on April 2017 and no more Reno. Of course they will add another similar card but i don't think it will be one that restores health completely.

I remember there were no ban reports on here and there were none when I checked Hearthbuddy last. I think it was just a PR move to calm down the kiddies losing to secret paladin. Hell I doubt they even re-instituted their Warden system
