Just max gold every day, buy packs with it, and play long enough to get lots of stuff to disenchant. Don't disenchant until you really need the dust or when cards get nerfed and give full refund. When you do need to disenchant for something right now, look at bad cards from older non-classic sets first (classic has the most chance of getting nerfed more since it is forever) that you think would never be useful in tavern brawl or adventure fights either. Goldens are worth a lot of dust if you can part with them but they are worth way more dust if they get nerfed and full refund.
Yes save for MSG so that you can some packs as soon as it is out. It's an expansion not an adventure, there are no wings just packs.
