Happened several times now ever since I have bought a full licence. I can't provide a log because it crashes to the message from windows "hearthranger is not responding" blah blah blah end now. Sometimes it will go for a few hours without crashing other times it will crash after one game.
Any ideas? Been using hearthranger for years never have issues with it crashing. I still run everything as admin and I have it white listed in anti virus which I haven't changed.

Usually it's caused by unstable internet connection with bot server, or the .net framework runtime library is messed up with different versions.

If it's caused by internet connection stability, you can try to use VPN.
if it's related with .net framework, you can try to uninstall then reinstall it.
