I use a wired connection to my router, and its always stable but the bot seems to disconnect itself every often (my other PC every day I check its disconnected from HS servers).

Like I said, my connection is stable, and wired to the router... I dont see other people having this issue so idk whats wrong...

Isn't it possible for the bot to automatically try to reconnect instead of just shutting it down?

No bot will not reconnect in the background, but it can restart game by clicking [PLAY] button in battle.net application.

You can check [Auto restart game after lost connection] on [AutoStop] option panel, it needs [PLAY] button is visible in battle.net application, and do not hide battle.net application into task bar.

It's not losing the connection to the game, its losing the connection to the hearthranger server on the bot UI.

The log it produces in the UI: Lost bot server connection, conceding...
Lost bot server connection, pelase check your internet connection status.

It's allowing it fine.

I have to manually re-open the bot. (I took this ss after manually closing the HS since bot DC'd from HR).

This issue is caused by unstable connection with bot server, our bot server is located in North America, you can use VPN as a bridge to improve the stability.

I honestly dont want to buy a vpn just do check this :/ and I dont trust free vpns as it can be used by others.

Isn't it possible for the bot attempt to reconnect every minute or so if it disconnects from the HR servers?

It's also been happening alot when I'm pausing the game, playing manually and then it just concedes the game since its lost the bot connection...

So recently it has been happening alot on my laptop (4-5 times over a course of 10hours of checking). Thats on wireless.

The wired connection still disconnects from HR around 2-3 times per day (it feels like it, but could be the same as laptop)

I tried using a VPN (used ireland and one on denmark) on a seperate wireless PC and it did not have any issues.

Is there a way to debug what could be causing this? Baffled as if it was my network then the wireless VPN'd would also cause this, so I assume its an issue with the ISP>HR servers? It was all working fine 2 weeks ago.

Laptop wireless = DC
PC1 Wired = DC
PC2 Wireless with VPN = no DC.

Again, isn't it possible for the bot to try to just reconnect to the HR servers? It keeps showing that message every 60 seconds so I assume it checks if its connected to HR every 60 seconds, but doesnt make attempts to re-connect.

HR bot always keeps trying to re-connect to bot server when it's disconnected.

Usually uses VPN (or another VPN if the old one not works anymore) can solve your issue, or you can just wait couple of days until your ISP refresh new routines to link with IP addresses located in USA.

Oh, I thought it didn't since in the log it just says you have been disconnected.

I honestly dont want to use VPN on my entire PC for this :/

Going to try use my vpn pc as a proxy for HR only on this PC (I also run a HR on that PC with VPN with no issue). I've pm'd you to see if you can check if I am connected via proxy properly.

Hopefully this will fix it for now.

EDIT: nvm, using proxy didn't help.

I changed my ISP (ordered before this issue began) and I'm still getting the same HR DCs so I dont think it was my ISP at all. Unless both ISPs use the same route, but then even then VPN would still go through most of those routes as well.

Also changed my dns to google (which is what my vpn is using) but no change.

This is getting ridiculous... I'm getting a DC every 30-120mins now. Is there no way to track down where the fault lies? Can you not check your system to where why my connection is being dropped? If the bot has a reconnect feature, why does closing the bot and reopening it work fine (for the next 30mins...)?

Kind of frustrating that I have to keep a eye on the bot to make sure its working.... I can't even finish the daily 30 wins for the past 2 days because of the amount of disconnects... (everything else on my PC works just fine, games like PoE which has a VERY low tolerance for connections is able to stay connected just fine.)

Must frustrating part is when I've paused the bot, manually playing and then the bot disconnects, it ends up forfieting that game as well... has happened so many times I've lost count.

Could you try to use HR on the other computer(if you have) with the same IP?

Or you can try to run Hearthstone game and bot in VMware, this can exclude the possibility that your system's .net framework maybe broken.

If your problem still lasts, I can refund to you.

I dont want a refund :(

Some more info after some tests: It just seemed to happen on my VPN PC when I use another HR on that PC (using vmware on there), so I think it has conflicts with the HR server if its using the same IP? It's never happened before on my other 2 PC's that run vpn (both different ips)

Can't be certain on this as on my main PC it would sometimes run all day without a DC, though I'm dont remember if I'm running both HR's during those times (one on PC, one on laptop - same ip, no vpn on both).

All the 4 keys are using separate forum id's so I dont thats the underlying conflict.
