Hi,
I have experienced that silverfish does not correctly play things from below.
I also noticed that the file: '_carddb.txt' does not include this card.
Anyway I can update this?

It's "Thing from Below" not "things." My SF branch has supported it perfectly for a couple weeks now but Joy's branch is probably missing a little code for it to know that every totem it plays on the current turn will reduce the cost by 1.
