Can I listen to music or do other works during using? I just leave the window open (:
Also is it safe to use bot most of the time? I want to farm the golden hero ._.

The bot does not take over the keyboard and mouse and does not require window focus. So yes you can use your computer for other things while bot is running.
Do not minimize Hearthstone (using Windows minimize button) as that will stop the bot from working.
