hey guys, i'm not sure why this is happening but I bought a lifetime subscription to Hearthranger, and with the newest bot update it now states that my account is a free trial version for some reason. can't use the bot more than 240 minutes. Any help?

Sorry taking so long to reply, it says that the key is already in use. I have a lifetime subscription, and it also says my time has run out. So somethings up.

I have checked again your bot account is valid for life time access, please ensure you're using the correct bot account in Hearthranger bot, many users have more than one bot account.

The issued license key can be only registered once, after registration the key is binded with your bot account, you can use the same bot account on any computer.
