I was searching how to get this already for quite some time. I play with old laptop and Genymotion wasnt able to run.
So i want to share with soliution that worked for me and maybe will be usefull for others.

Download http://en.bignox.com/ 300mb or so, after its done launch the app and go to settings -> properties and change Manufacturer to Samsung and model to SM-G920F , save and restart the app. Lauch the google app store and login in , download Hearthstone , login to the game and ur done.

Got this done on 3 accounts with simply reloging , worked like a charm.

I hope some of you it will be helpful.
