Ye so when i run Hearthranger.exe or Launcher when it has its little box open (Main menu kinda thing) it will have the blue circle and freeze. This has never happened before until i wiped my PC and now it just doesnt work any help,Advice.

Re-install .net framework run time (3.5 sp1, 4.0 or higher) may solve it.
