This build has 27 commons, 2 rares, and one epic. You can swap out the Snake Trap for Freezing Trap if you don't have it.
It cruises around 85% winrate. I have tested with over 500 games using silver.dll AI and auto-concede at rank 19. Cheers!

edit: I am using the latest version of silver.dll and I notice that it never uses tracking and only sets the trap when there are enemy minions in play.
Is this the behaviour you have seen?

So far, I am a bit skeptical of the 85% win rate, I feel like I am doing something wrong on my end...

For cogmaster to work you need more than 4 mechs :\
