I saw it today with version 3.5.1.0 and imp gang boss:
It occurs sometimes, when you have him in hand (but not always, because i saw the bot having him already played).
It occurs always when he is on the enemy side of the board and from what i saw when the bot managed to play him
the error occurs also when he is on your side of the board.
This also applies to grim patron, at least with version 3.4.1.0 and him being on the enemy side of the board.
I'm getting the same error too. I hope this will get fixed soon.
