This deck got me to rank 12 using the default rule-set. It may just be luck but i have gotten high with this deck before.
Earth Shock x2
Lightning Bolt x2
Rockbiter Weapon x2
Crackle x1
Flametongue Totem x2
Loot Hoarder x1
Feral Spirit x2
Hex x2
Lava Burst x1
Lightning Storm x2
Harvest Golem x2
Mana Tide Totem x1
Unbound Elemental x2
Dark Iron Dwarf x1
Defender of Argus x2
Windspeaker x2
Doomhammer x1
Fire Elemental x2
This deck requires a few rares and 1 epic, i suggest you replace the 1 harvest golem with another doomhammer if you have it. I don't so i just use two of them.

not cheap at all but its a good deck if u can craft all cards good job w8ing for statistics of win/loose SeasoN 8 Legend Rank reached with bot

Its cheap in a sense that it has no legendary cards and only 1 epic so you only have to craft low dust cards. Yeah there is a lot of rare but i think its worth it for boosting all the way to rank 12.
