Hi, I don't get why this option exists? I don't win anything when I concede a game at the beginning of it... why should I let this on?

You can set auto concede at any rank, it's adjustable, right on the misc option panel.

The explanation is pretty easy. Normally at low ranks you find players with awful decks to beat.
If you don't mind to climb the rankings and you just want to do fast 30 daily wins to get 100g, in this way is a bit faster.

Personally I leave this option unchecked because at the current state of affairs more people is using to report bots and see someone that autoconcede at the start of the match is a big clue that might "betray your coverage".
