Don't have the time to teach but it is pretty easy to learn yourself.

In your DeckRulesSet file located in hearth ranger file is where all your deck rules sets are saved as xlsx files.
If you want to make a new deck rule set, copy and paste the DeckRules_default.xlsx document located in this folder and and save it under a name of your chooseing.
Open it look at the tabs on the bottom. Click the AllSupportedCondtions tab. This is where everything you need to is to start learning.

Also Action Gain column is for the gain you would get for doing an action in the game rules tab.

The priority column in the MuliganRule tab is not to important but it can help tell the AI to try to get certain cards.

Both are not necessarily needed for the AI makes its own judgments. But it will help keep it from making stupid mistakes.

Also use the sample deck rule sets for referenced and other deck rule sets on this forum for reference when making your own rules. Of course you could always use one of these rulesets instead of making your own.
