rule:
Sap USE AND TARGET one of enemy minions with $cost>=4 this minion has no $battlecry

This shouldnt happen right?

In current logic, if card is placed on desk, then its battlecry will be calculated as consumed (no battlecry), I'll correct this issue, thanks for reporting it.
